PBI is a dynamic associate-owned company specializing in risk solutions for pension plans, health and welfare plans, and other trust funds. Our firm is led by fifteen Partners who share corporate and client servicing responsibilities, ensuring we focus on our client first – not shareholders.

Starting with 28 employees and 34 clients in 2008, PBI’s team and client base have grown every year since then.  Today, our team of over 75 employees is working with over 100 plans and funds including some of Canada’s largest multi-employer pension plans, as well as multi-employer group benefit plans, public sector plans, Aboriginal trusts, endowment trusts, and other institutional funds. We take pride in the long-term client relationships that we have developed.

Our growth as a company is built around the development of our team of industry experts. Since inception, we have been able to attract some of the leading thinkers in risk solutions management with one of the lowest rates of turnover in the industry. Because of this stability and continuity, we can assure clients that their plans will be managed by experts who are familiar with their specific needs.
