Pension Administration Practice Leader
Rupe Prasad is the leader of PBI’s Pension Administration Practice. She is a consultant specializing in defined benefit and multi-employer pension plan administration. She has over 14 years of experience consulting on administrative issues to pension committees and boards of trustees.
Prior to joining PBI, Rupe worked as a senior administrator at a global pension and benefits consulting firm providing administration consulting services to corporate and multi-employer pension and benefit plans. Her experience included the development and implementation of best pension administration practices.
Rupe holds a Bachelor of Science, with a major in mathematics from Simon Fraser University, and a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation co-sponsored through the International Foundation and Dalhousie University. She was past vice-president for the British Columbia Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists and is an active member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute (CPBI).
She presented at educational seminars organized by the BC Chapter of the ISCEBS and the IFEBP on pension related issues.
