Adam is a consultant with over 15 years of experience specializing in pension and investment consulting. He consults on retirement plan issues to boards of trustees of multi-employer and negotiated cost pension plans. Adam has particular expertise in dealing with pension plan mergers, the development of risk-mitigating investment policies and the design of pension benefits in a negotiated contribution environment.
Adam has worked with PBI since its inception in February 2008. From 2000 until PBI’s formation, he worked with Watson Wyatt Worldwide in their pension practice.
Adam is a member of the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
Adam graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2000. He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in Actuarial Science. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA), and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
