Nisha has over 20 years of industry experience and specializes in providing consulting services to multi-employer plans, particularly within the construction trades. She has expertise in advising trustees and pension committees on strategic plan design, risk management, actuarial and administrative issues, and member communication.

Internally, Nisha is a crucial team member in our research and lobbying efforts and is the company’s subject matter expert on Ontario pension legislation.
